PHOTOGRAPHY
Nature photography for me, is a form of artistic expression, and a practice of mindfulness meditation. It allows for presence, and as a result, offers a different kind of experience and appreciation of the beauty of the natural world.
Experiencing the beauty of the natural world has positive health benefits, and is good for the mind and the heart. Quality time in nature is - contemplative, restful, inspiring, peaceful, restorative, and so much more.
With my photography I capture moments of awe, and share on Instagram for all to enjoy.
